Refund Policy
Digital services can be activated quickly, so refund requests need to be considered in context. If something is wrong, contact support promptly and explain what happened.
Give us enough information to understand the problem
A setup problem may come from the service, the player, the device or the local connection. Where practical, support may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting before a refund decision is made.
Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials in a normal support message.
Provide the email or non-sensitive order reference needed to locate the purchase.
Explain what you expected, what happened and which device or player you used.
Contact support as soon as you discover a material problem rather than waiting until most of the plan has been used.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumer rights that apply by law.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed in every situation
Eligibility can depend on whether digital access has already been activated, how much of the service has been used, the reason for the request and any consumer rights that apply.
A change of mind after substantial use is different from a service that was materially misdescribed or could not be supplied as promised.
